One benefit of badminton is improving muscle strength, helping you maintain your physique and become stronger. Constant movement on the court enhances muscle strength and sculpts them into perfect shape, targeting core muscles, calves, quadriceps, and hamstrings.
Badminton is not a solo game; it requires two or four players. It promotes healthy competition between individuals or teams. Beyond winning and losing, it fosters good social relationships. Playing badminton outdoors with family and friends strengthens bonds and pulls people away from the digital world.
Badminton is a strategic sport that involves planning where to hit, how to serve, what smash to use, and how to recover positions. These actions engage your brain and senses, waking up your sleepy mind and forcing it to work. Playing badminton makes you a smarter athlete.
BCN-Sports will prepare a sets of systematic training and activities to build up the strong foundation for beginner. We also will emphasize on the skill and also enhance the technique in every player. Coaches will monitor regularly on every player’s progress to ensure they are on track.
i) Beginner Training
Designed for children aged 6–9, focusing on cultivating interest in badminton and physical coordination.
Time: Tue/Thu, 5–7 PM
Fee: HKD 240 / session
ii) Primary Advanced Class
For children aged 10–12, focusing on physical fitness, serving, and footwork training.
Time: Tue/Thu, 5–7 PM
Fee: HKD 240 / session
iii) Junior Team Class
For students focusing on development and competition skills with high-level training.
Time: Sat, 12–2 PM / 1–3 PM
Fee: HKD 240 / session
iv) 1-on-1 Private Training
Suitable for beginners or advanced learners; personalized training on skills, footwork, and fitness.
